Yesterday I went to the old house to mow the lawn, which was way overdue, but could not be helped because of a bad battery. We are in the process of selling it right now! It is such a beautiful place really. I love the space and the foliage. It is so green there, so gorgeous with all the wildflowers and spring peepers chirping.
After I put the mower away, I walked back to the house and spotted this little fellow in our front meadow. I am so glad I brought my camera with me! How neat to see a fawn so close! Unfortunately, I hadn't brought my zoom lens, so I could only get so close. What you see here is how close I actually was able to get. Such a cutie!
